Location. The Cosmopolitan Hotel is located in the coastal Melbourne, Australia, suburb of St. Kilda. The Luna Park amusement park and St. Kilda Centre for Contemporary Art are less than one half kilometer from the hotel. Popular shops, restaurants and coffee bars populate the intersection of Acland and Fitzroy streets located within one kilometer of the hotel. Seven kilometers up the street is downtown Melbourne, home to several cathedrals, art galleries, museums, an aquarium, IMAX theater, and the Chinatown district.
